Straight answers, before you call.
City View gives a flat, upfront price that you approve before any work starts. There is no published price list and no hourly meter running, because the figure depends on what the plumber finds once the panel is off or the drain is scoped. You hear the number first, then decide.
Calls and texts to (425) 200-5785 are answered seven days a week, including evenings and overnight for an active emergency. A burst line, a leak you cannot stop or no water at all is treated as an emergency. Work that can wait is normally scheduled within the week.
Yes. City View Plumbing is licensed, bonded and insured in Washington State under B-Dub Innovations, Inc., WA UBI 605495157, and works throughout King County as well as King, Pierce and Snohomish County.
Where the work requires a permit, City View pulls it and schedules the inspection. Water heater replacements, repiping, sewer line work and new rough-in generally need one. A permit pulled after the fact, or not at all, is the thing that surfaces later when the home is sold or a claim is filed.
The unit has to be sized to the household, not just matched to what came out. Washington code requires two seismic straps and, on most installs, a thermal expansion tank — the two items inspectors look for and the two most often missing on a cheap swap. City View installs both and handles the permit.
The plumbing failure itself is City View's. The drying, demolition and rebuild after a water loss is handled by WA Mitigation, a sister brand under the same company, so one call covers both halves instead of you coordinating two trades.
Yes. City View handles service and repair for commercial buildings and multifamily property alongside residential work, on the same flat upfront pricing.
