Burst pipe, major leak, or no hot water? Some plumbing can't wait. We respond fast, seven days a week, and stop the damage before it gets worse.
Emergency Plumber
Water damage adds up by the minute. We prioritize emergencies and get a licensed plumber to you quickly.
We'll get the water shut off and the immediate problem controlled, then fix the root cause the right way.

Common questions
Straight answers, before you call.
Water you cannot stop, a burst or split supply line, no water to the building at all, sewage backing up into the house, or a water heater dumping its tank. If water is actively running where it should not be, it is an emergency. A drip or a slow drain can wait for a scheduled visit.
Shut the water off at the main valve where the supply enters the building, or at the meter by the street. If it is the water heater, close the cold inlet valve on top of it. Then move what you can off the wet floor. Stopping the source is worth more than anything else you can do in those first minutes.
Calls and texts to (425) 200-5785 are answered seven days a week, including evenings and overnight for an active emergency. You reach a person, not a form.
Pricing works the same way at every hour. You are given a flat figure for the work and you approve it before anything starts. No hourly meter and nothing added after the fact.
The plumbing failure is City View's. The water extraction, drying and rebuild afterward is handled by WA Mitigation, a sister brand under the same company, so the repair and the cleanup do not become two separate projects you have to coordinate.
