Slow drain or a backed-up main line? We clear sinks, tubs, showers, and sewer lines fast — and we can put a camera down the line so you know exactly what's going on.
Drain Cleaning & Sewer
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry, floor drains — cleared and flowing. We find the real cause instead of just poking a hole in the clog.
Recurring backups usually mean roots or a bigger blockage in the main. We cable the line and can camera-inspect to confirm it's clear.
Buying a home or dealing with repeat clogs? A sewer camera shows exactly what's happening underground so you're not guessing.

Common questions
Straight answers, before you call.
A drain that blocks again within weeks is usually telling you the problem is the line, not what went down it. Grease hardened on the pipe wall, roots through a joint, or a sag holding water will all re-clog no matter how many times the blockage is pushed through. Clearing it treats the symptom; finding the cause is what stops it.
Generally no. Store drain chemicals rarely clear a real blockage, they sit on top of it generating heat, and on older pipe that does damage of its own. If the drain is fully blocked, the chemical also sits in the line waiting for whoever opens it next. Mechanical clearing is both safer and more likely to work.
Root intrusion is the common one around here, since mature trees and older laterals are everywhere in the Puget Sound. Beyond that it is grease, collapsed or offset pipe, and wipes, which do not break down no matter what the box says. Sewage coming up at the lowest drain in the house means the main line, not a fixture.
Which drains are affected tells you. One slow sink is that fixture's trap or branch. Several fixtures slow at once, or a toilet that gurgles when the tub drains, points at the shared line. City View diagnoses the line before clearing it, so the work matches the actual problem.
If waste is coming back into the house, yes. Stop using water in the building and call (425) 200-5785. Calls are answered seven days a week, including overnight for an active emergency.
City View gives a flat, upfront price you approve before any work starts. There is no published price list, because the figure depends on what the plumber finds on site. You hear the number first, then decide.
